Centre pane U-value
Approved Document L, Conservation of fuel and power, Volume 1: Dwellings, 2021 edition incorporating 2023 amendments, defines centre pane U-value as: ‘The U-value determined in the central area of the glazing unit, making no allowance for edge spacers or the window frame.’
